Using Source of Trust

Terms

Service and operator

Source of Trust is provided by Stefan Mayr, sole proprietor, as identified in the Imprint. These terms cover the website, requested analyses, accounts and reports.

Source of Trust is designed to identify and improve factors relevant to AI Search readiness. Analyze provides Structured Data, Semantic Clarity and Evidence Density scores. Improve provides Customer Questions and Content Opportunities. Recommendations guide your work; the service does not automatically edit your website.

Accounts and usage limits

Keep control of your sign-in email and use the secure verification flow. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Guest scans and Free accounts have usage, active-page and recheck limits. The applicable availability and limits are shown by the service.

Existing Premium entitlements, where applicable, are governed by the terms under which they were obtained. These terms do not introduce a purchase, payment obligation or new subscription. Limits must not be circumvented by creating additional identities or clients.

Permitted analyses and responsible use

Submit only publicly accessible pages you are entitled to analyze. Do not submit credentials, confidential or unlawfully obtained material. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, attack other websites, bypass security or usage limits, scrape protected reports, or operate abusive automated requests.

Review recommendations before using them. You remain responsible for your published content, factual claims and third-party rights. Source of Trust assesses the selected page; suggestions to consider another page do not establish that a whole-site structure review has occurred.

Availability and changes

We maintain the service with reasonable care. Maintenance, security measures, demand and third-party outages can affect availability. We may update the service and its methods to improve quality or meet operational and legal requirements. Material changes affecting existing contractual rights will be handled in accordance with applicable law and, where required, communicated in advance.

Independent search and AI systems

Search engines and AI systems are independent third-party services and may continuously change their ranking, retrieval and citation systems. Therefore, specific rankings, citations, traffic levels or other third-party outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Intellectual property

The software, proprietary analysis methods, scoring methodology, original product materials and internal analysis procedures are protected intellectual property of the operator or the relevant rights holders. You may use reports and recommendations generated for you to assess and improve your website. This does not transfer rights in the underlying software or methodology, or grant a right to resell access or reproduce the service. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Liability and mandatory rights

The operator is liable as required by applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights, intentional misconduct and liability for personal injury. Any legally permissible limitation must be interpreted narrowly and does not remove non-excludable remedies. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of liability.

Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, abuse, security threats or serious breaches of these terms. Where appropriate and feasible, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You can stop using the service and request account closure at office@stmayr.com. Data handling and legally required retention are described in Privacy.

Applicable law and disputes

Austrian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence. Statutory jurisdiction rules apply; no exclusive venue is imposed on consumers by these terms.
