They are not intended for consumers as defined under applicable consumer protection laws (such as the Austrian Consumer Protection Act - KSchG). By creating an account or using our services, you explicitly warrant and represent that you are acting as an entrepreneur or on behalf of a business, and not as a consumer. We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately if we discover they belong to a consumer.
These Terms govern the use of this website and all services provided through it, including information pages, GEO tools, AEO tools, structured data checks, JSON-LD checks, Technical Trust checks, reports, recommendations and other analysis features.
By using this website, you agree to use it only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Informational purpose only
The information, checks, reports and recommendations provided through Source of Trust are intended to support technical review, structured data analysis, GEO, AEO and AI search readiness work. They are provided as guidance and decision-support only. Source of Trust does not provide legal, financial or compliance advice, and the outputs do not guarantee rankings, visibility, AI citations, traffic, conversions or any other business outcome. All outputs, including AI-generated recommendations, must be independently reviewed before they are implemented, published, forwarded or otherwise relied upon. You are responsible for verifying whether any output is accurate, plausible, lawful, suitable for your market and compliant with applicable third-party rights, platform rules and regional regulations.
You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to use any information, output, recommendation or suggestion provided through this website.
4. AI-generated outputs
Some outputs, recommendations, explanations, summaries, classifications, reports or suggested text generated by Source of Trust may be created fully or partially with the help of artificial intelligence systems.
AI-generated outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, unsuitable for your specific situation or based on incorrect assumptions. They may also contain errors, omissions, hallucinations or wording that requires human review.
You must treat all AI-generated outputs with particular caution. Before relying on, publishing, implementing or forwarding any output, you must independently review and verify it.
5. User responsibility for review and verification
You are responsible for checking whether any recommendation, generated text, technical suggestion, structured data proposal, schema markup, audit result or other output is correct, plausible, appropriate and lawful before using it.
In particular, you must verify that any output:
- is factually accurate and technically plausible;
- does not contain misleading, false or unsubstantiated claims;
- does not mention competitors, third parties or brands in an unlawful, misleading or unwanted way;
- does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, personality rights, privacy rights or other third-party rights;
- does not contain confidential, restricted or unauthorized information;
- does not contain content that is unlawful, prohibited or restricted in your country, region or industry;
- is suitable for your website, business model, market, jurisdiction and intended use;
- complies with applicable advertising, consumer protection, platform, search engine and AI system policies.
You should obtain legal, technical or professional advice where appropriate before implementing or publishing recommendations or generated content.
6. Search engine, AI system and platform risks
The use of AI-generated, AI-assisted or automatically generated content may involve risks. Search engines, AI systems, answer engines, social platforms, advertising platforms and other third-party services may apply their own rules, quality standards, spam policies, ranking systems, review processes or enforcement measures.
These third-party systems may reduce visibility, remove content, reject pages, limit distribution, suspend accounts, issue manual or automated actions, exclude content from search results or otherwise penalize websites or users if content is considered low-quality, misleading, manipulative, spam-like, unlawful, policy-violating or unsuitable.
Source of Trust does not control search engines, AI systems, answer engines or third-party platforms. We do not guarantee that using AI-generated outputs, recommendations, structured data, schema markup, GEO suggestions, AEO suggestions or other materials from this website will comply with the rules or expectations of any third party.
You are solely responsible for checking whether any AI-generated or AI-assisted output is appropriate for your website, market, industry, jurisdiction and platform environment before publishing, implementing or relying on it.
We are not responsible for any loss of rankings, indexing, visibility, citations, traffic, distribution, account access, platform eligibility, revenue or reputation that may result from your use of AI-generated content, automated content, structured data, recommendations or other outputs provided through Source of Trust.
AI-generated content should not be published at scale, used for search manipulation or implemented without human review. Unchecked or low-quality AI-generated content may violate third-party platform rules or search engine quality policies.
7. No guarantee of rankings, indexing or platform acceptance
Source of Trust does not guarantee that using this website, its tools or its recommendations will improve rankings, indexing, visibility, citations, AI search performance, answer engine inclusion, traffic, conversions, revenue or any other business outcome.
We also do not guarantee that content, recommendations, structured data, schema markup or AI-generated outputs will be accepted, indexed, ranked, cited, displayed or distributed by Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, social platforms, advertising platforms or any other third-party system.
Search engines, AI systems, answer engines and generative platforms use their own systems, policies, data sources and ranking, crawling, indexing, retrieval or moderation mechanisms. These may change at any time and are outside our control.
